Thank you Ron for sharing your "stupidity"... it takes an incredible big heart to do so.

It's great that you're doing great and especially, around to save, even if it's one person, that tragedy can be just around the corner if we don't keep our end of the deal.

Day 56: tops officially went from 3x to 2x... pants from 2x to 1x
