Prolly a good idea not to put anything foreign in your mouth.

Now would be a good time to break that lil habit.

I had many dreams about food but as I get further out they seem to have slowed down.

I too am guilty on a few occasions of chewing things up and spitting them out just to get that flavor. I haven't made a habit of it but had done it a few times.

I Have Stopped The Swishing Of Soda, But The Chewing Of Watermelon!! It Taste So Good!! I Never Realized How Much Water The Melon Actually Had In It. I Have 50% Of More Weight To Lose Before I Can Actually Swallow It...lol...thank Goodness That Natural Fruit Sugars Do Not Bother Me..im Hoping It Stays That Way.

My husband did that a few times after his surgery as well. I haven't so far. I have, however had the dreams. I have dreams that I totally forget and eat everything in sight, eat like a pig before I realize what I've done.

My son put some brats on the grill the other night and they smelled so good I couldn't resist. So, I chewed a small piece and spit it out. That's the only thing so far that I just couldn't resist. No dreams about food yet, but I do get cravings.

Yes you can eat fruit. For where I had my surgery I think they space them out. Melon and other soft non acid fruits were around 8 weeks or so working slowly out to apples with peel and strawberries and other fruits with tiny seeds at around 6 months. Fruits are totally an acceptable food and should definitely be in your diet eventually.
