Default Here's a suggestion...

Bridget,
Ever hear of Tae-Bo?? I have 2 of the videos and even at 319lbs I could still do the work outs. It only takes about 20-30 minutes for the entire workout. You can do it in the privacy of your own home too.
Just a suggestion. Let me know if you wanna buy the tapes.

Thumbs up Body Blues update

Only one more freaking, measly little pound til my DMV sworn testament is a real one! Woo hoo! 2 pounds til I join the 199 club! Yipee!

I just wanted to update those who are interested and struggling with things emotionally. I have been reading a few self help books, and I have gotten alot of information from books about Overeating, Compulsive overeating and other books of sorts. It is very insightful. I suggest it to you guys as well, if you need it. So far it has been great for me. I have been able to recognize some habits and charcteristics I have as a compulsive overeater, even though at this time I am unable to over eat as a result of my surgery, my mind is still the same. These books are helping me get my mind right, I think they could help someone else too. if you complain about head hunger or mouth hunger, the books touch on that. Talks about self acceptance... just a bunch of good info. Just wanted to share! Take it easy!

I feel that way everyday now. I try to wear 3/4 length sleeves to cover up as much as possible. It's not working so well for me now that I am living where it is 110 degrees. I just get so upset when I look at myself. The worst thing is how my arms feel. I can actually feel them jiggling around. It's disgusting. I hope I am able to tighten them up, someday...
