Default Feeling Full?

i havent ever really felt full yet. normally, i just stop when i dont feel hungry anymore, but now i am wondering if i just cant feel my fullness. Here is an example of what i had for dinner, and let me know if you think its too much.

1/4 inch thick slice of pear.
two baby carrots.
a table spoon and a half of chili w/ 4 crackers.

im four weeks out by the way.

thanks for any advice

I'm 2 weeks out and all I can eat is half a cup of food. Like half an egg or half cup of cottage cheese. I don't know how it will be 4 weeks out. I ate 3/4 of an egg last night with a teaspoon of fat free refried beans and about an hour later my stomach hurt so bad like I had a brick in there. It hurt all evening. I finally took some Milk of Magnesia and it helped me go to the bathroom. It still hurt for a little while and syopped late last night. I don't know if it was the beans or that I pushed it and ate too much. I don't ever want to do that again.

To be honest it doesn't seem that much for your post op age but then again I think it varies day to day depending on what you as an individual feels like.

Sometimes I wake up and just know it's gonna be a "light" day. Ya know? Like jello, broth and soups. Nothing heavy.

Other days it's like cereal, beans and cheese and snacking all inbetween on jello pudding pops and popcycles.

I've personally tried chili and I ate about 2 tablespoons and no crackers. It sat a little heavier and I decided I don't want to do that again for a little while. Didn't get sick but that "full" feeling was in control.

I've done crackers but only 3 at the most and with some tuna spread on them. Waaaaaaaaay too heavy for me then but that was 1 week ago. I haven't tried it since but I will again I am sure.
