Default Dumping time frame ?

So how long after you eat something does it affect you? I am introducing new foods and just wondering about how long to wait to see if it makes me sick.... thank in advance.

For me it's been almost instantly if not then no more than 1 hour after consumption and sometimes right after that first bite.

Yes, for me, it's pretty much immediate and it lasts anywhere from 5, 10 to 15 minutes, depending on how bad the episode is. Now, WHILE I am eating the item, I can almost tell the moment I have gone over the edge and I stop right then and there... it's kind of weird how my body has learned to identify the moment it happens. Saves me from dumping quite a bit, which is great.

I DETEST dumping! (But over time, dumping has taught me what I shouldn't eat, that's for sure!)

Ya know phene also comes in suppository form as well.

Anyways, yeah the upper chest cavity hurting and feeling like a soda can got lodged in there and is tightening is what 'getting sick' to your pouchie feels like minus the throwing up.

Sorry you felt so bad. It blows I know.

It's an anti-nausea green colored liquid that instantaneously squishes the vommiting and nausea.

I've only needed it once so far but I carry it with me everywhere I go just incase.
