You know what? Thumbelina is a royal pain in my ass...or should I say my esophogas.

I have been eat really well since my dilation for my stricture. I can eat protein bars like no-body's business and other than eggs, I am doing ok.....

Then today I throw up after 2 oz of chicken and some salad. I think the dressing was probably too high in sugar and that is what sent me to the toilet but still....I was doing sooo well and now I got discouraged this afternoon. I feel like a bulemic sometimes.....except I want to eat and keep the protein in me! LOL

No need to respond - thumbelina is just making me angry!

Aww....*hugs*....Could've been the lettuce too. My nut. says lettuce is so hard to digest.

Don't let it discourage you. Give yourself a break and concentrate on all the progress you've made since the stricture & try and try again.

Exactly what Monica said. Just go slow. It sucks, but until we are at 100% functioning, stuff like that will happen. My friend had GBP almost 5 years ago, and has kept all the weight off, eats what she should be, and still every once and a while will just act weird about a food.
