You sound like me .... always in search of a protein source!
I've been asking the same question the past several weeks. I picked up a couple single packets of Jay Robb's protein powder (strawberry and chocolate)last week and went back last night to purchase large containers. At my support group meeting Thursday she suggested I concentrate on the protein shake for breakfast to get the protein in early in the day. I'm trying to get my fruit in by adding it to the shake. I also picked up one of the 42g vials but have not tried it yet. I did try a candy bar by Larada, 21g, that tastes like a Payday candy bar. Very good!
