Question 100 # club

This is just something I noticed. It seems like all of you between 9-11 months hit the 100# lost mark.Is that typical?...4 weeks post op and only 24#...some people who had surgery after me have lost alomost 35#...And I just started solids four days ago.Does it seem like I am on track?Does lap rny have anything to do with slower loss rate?
My DR.said ,no excersise untill after May 10th when I see him....Gi bleed after surgery is the reason he said no.I guess what i am trying to understand is losing 100#s!!!!!!Thats Crazzzzy.
Any slow losers out there your input is welcome...
Thanks Van

Thumbs up

Hi, Vanessa,

I am right behind you at a little over 3 weeks out, lost just about 30 pounds so far. I also measured, tho, and have lost 6 inches off my waist and 5 off my hips. Have you measured yet? I was bad and didn't measure everything until yesterday. But I had my waist & hip numbers from pre-op. Are you walking? I know I'm not walking enuf, my sciatica is giving me a few problems. Hopefully, I'll be better next week.

Don't be fretting, I know I keep worring if I'm reallllly going to lose the weight , but then I see all these wonderful people here and I know it will happen. Keep walking and sipping. Sending good thoughts your way.

I was a steady loser at average about 3 lbs/week. I had weeks where I lost more or less. I had weeks where I gained weight. Don't stress, it'll happen. It seems to have happened faster when i didn't obsess over the scale so much.
