Default 3 month check up yesterday!!!!!

all went well.....weightloss is good.......dr. said i should be at 75lbs total by 6months.............AND......DRUM ROLL PLEASE..........i dropped my cholesterol from 210 to 150 <<<<<<<<<<<<WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!..............no high BP, gluclose dropped........everything normal......dr said i am the ideal patient

OMG Tric that is really fantastic when you not only see a difference on the scales but on the bloodwork too. Thats great and i'm with Monica i love hearing how enthusiastic you are and successful
