You may have a point. just yesterday, I made spinach with chicken curry. I couldnt eat as much, I tried eating with a little rice, and I got that uncomfortable feeling after eating around less than 10 bites. This morning, I ate the meal again, but without any rice, just with spoon, and again couldnt eat that much. So i guess, i do need real protein. Thanks for the advice.
