Default I cooked......

I used to love cooking almost as much as I loved eating. Since the surgery I haven't cooked anything beyond the microwave. But, today I did it. I will have a ton of leftovers. It smells sooo... good. I haven't eaten yet, not until my hubby comes home from work.

Cool cooking

I only cook for myself, and it's still hard for me to figure out how much to make. I always have leftover's. Never had them before.

Vegetarian Chili. Beans seem to go down well It is a start having to actually chop veggies. I am hoping that it will freeze well.

I love to cook and bake. Always leftovers to take to work. The dogs eat well too!

I usually make enough for my lunch the next day. I still misjudge at times but I have gotten better over time.

Default cooking

I have started cooking the last two years. Before that I might have made an egg or something frozen. Then I started cooking for the whole family. Some pretty good meals. Then when Irela had surgery I stopped. I would cook something easy for dinner but not really the dinners that I used to make. Then gradually I started again. I guess I will stop for awhile again. I cant seem to think I will be in the mood to cook after surgery. In a few months maybe I will start again. I love the food network. I have a ton of recipies.
Rachel Raye is our favorite. I personally enjoy Iron chef america.

Default Food Channel Addicts....

Are we all addicts of the food channel or what? I guess as long as we are not eating it only merely watching the recipes it can't hurt, right? Good Eats has to be my favorite.
