Water aerobics and/or aquajogging (my personal favorite) is the BEST! It's fun, easy, and it burns LOTS of calories!!!

I look back now and think how fast it all happened (weight loss), but while I was going through it was a different story!

And by the way, I'm having NO problems on maintenance - I found my rhythm, I eat most things, and enjoy every meal and snack. Because I have been exercising daily I have become more toned, and that makes me feel thinner and look better in clothes. I'll never wear a bikini, but I'm happy with what is left of me!
