Water aerobics and/or aquajogging (my personal favorite) is the BEST! It's fun, easy, and it burns LOTS of calories!!!

Katie, sensational job on the weight loss.

I look back now and think how fast it all happened (weight loss), but while I was going through it was a different story! And by the way, I'm having NO problems on maintenance - I found my rhythm, I eat most things, and enjoy every meal and snack. Because I have been exercising daily I have become more toned, and that makes me feel thinner and look better in clothes. I'll never wear a bikini, but I'm happy with what is left of me!

You are ON YOUR WAY, Girls!!!!! Wooo HOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Deb... I've lost 25 since surgery... Not that incredible, I know... but it does work out to 4 pounds per week... I'm happy with that! If things keep going this well, it could add up to 100 pounds by my birthday - that's what I'm striving for! Like PollyC and AiresGirl did -- would sure make for an awesome birthday!

Katie, you can do it!! I know you can!! I made the Century Club on my Birthday too. It does make for an awesome Birthday! Just seeing how great you are doing confirms to me that you will have an awesome Birthday too.
