Good Job girl.. sounds like you are well on your way to being 135...... funny how I told my doc my goal was 200 pounds...he laughed and said thats great... then you will be pleasantly suprised when you reach my goal of 170...... I just looked at him like can I even weigh that? So girl you are AWESOME...

Can you believe it has been 6 weeks. It is an exhilerating ride. Keep working the protein and the tool. Move, move, move. So many of us don't do the exercise part and that saddens me. You are doing it all my dear Katie. Keep it up!

Manda Bear - That is funny. My goal was 238. A 200 pound loss. My doctor and SWMBO think that 190-195 is in the cards for me. That would be so amazing. I am pulling for you kiddo! 170 it is!!!!! (Note 5 exclamation pont limit adhered to!)

Default Six Weeks? Woo Hoo to You!

Katie, you are doing SO WELL! Twenty percent of your excess weight already?!? Fantastic! I'm thrilled for you to be flying along on your journey and getting better every day - this is what you were dreaming of, just about seven weeks ago! You are awesome and I'm so proud of you - woo hoo to you, ToonyBear!

You know, I guess some of us have problems with this because we've been overweight for all of our adult lives. I can't fathom begin 135 because I haven't weighed that since 7th grade!

Toony, you and Claire have inspired me to take water aerobics. As soon as I get the all clear to get in the pool, I'm signing up.

Congrats on being a stellar student and loser!

Janelle... the beauty of water aerobics is NO SWEATING! Well, not that you notice... It's a lot of fun!

let me know what you think once you try it out.

Deb... I've lost 25 since surgery... Not that incredible, I know... but it does work out to 4 pounds per week... I'm happy with that! If things keep going this well, it could add up to 100 pounds by my birthday - that's what I'm striving for! Like PollyC and AiresGirl did -- would sure make for an awesome birthday!
