Talking Day 3 Post op - SWMBO doing fine.
SWMBO is doing fine. Took 6 laps this morning around the floor. Said she would be doing great if she she could get rid of the gas bubble in her left side. Showered this AM. Potassium still a bit low - adding to her IV. Actually, she is surprising the hell out of me. By the way - if your squeamish - don't look at the staple pictures. First Pic is Sandy and Tammy - her favorite nurse. Second is staples!

Good to hear she's doing well Jim. I am ever the worrisome husband and hate seeing my girl in pain. Love the pictures, especially the staples. That is something to behold.

Wow that picture is something else. I didn't know what the incision looked like when they do it open. Give her a big hug and tell her she is doing wonderful.

She looks amazing in her pic. I looked like warmed over dog crap. Sounds like she is doing great, good for her. I was a bit taken aback by the staple pics. I have never seen photos of an open procedure before.

She looks so great cause she has extra special care from a extra special guy or so she tells me. I have been here 12 hours per day! She is worth it!

YEAH! I had a good male nurse too!

All joking apart - Sandy looks wonderful. I'm looking forward to following her progress. And just think what she's going to look like when we go on our cruise in December (ooooo!!!! your credit card is going to get hammered with her several changes of wardrobe!).

Default SWMBO looking gorgeous
Jim, Sandy is looking gorgeous - amazing this soon post-op. Of course, I also looked gorgeous walking around the hospital, but I had the help of a talented airbrush artist who came and "edited" me with his sprayer each morning, kind of like "Death Becomes Her".
