From this perspective, everything is equally forgivable, whether it’s our laziness, self-hatred, impatience, large thighs, or tendency to overeat.

Not really sure on how much to be honest. I was told that the gas from the carbonation will expand your stomach somewhat, which is not good during the early stages post-op, as you're obviously trying to keep your stomach small to avert hunger and overeating. I've heard cases where people can get away with small amounts, as long as it's not a everyday event.

Hmm, doesn't the fact that it can stretch your pouch or opening scare you? It would be okay if you let whatever it was go flat, or almost flat...What does Dr Mueller say about carbonation? Many doctors have different opinions on the matter.

I am over a year out and when i get naughty and slip and drink some beers i can have 2-4beers (light beers) a night if i pace it well, but i do not recomend this to anyone as it is counter productive for us.
