I COULD PEE IN MY PANTS! I can barely type I'm laughing so hard!

I know this was supposed to be a serious thread, but I can't help it.

I didn't have any trouble after the surgery, but before the surgery I pulled a muscle in my arm once trying to get around the block, if you know what I mean.

I had open surgery, and wasn't sore enough to cause any problems. Now with the weight loss--I can wipe like a mofo--easy as pie! The only problem is now I only poop every couple of days. When I was really big, sometimes it was twice a day or more! (Wiping then was a workout!)

I love how open we can be on this forum. I'm giggling, but I'm trying REALLY HARD to be mature.

I'm a nurse, and am here to say I've wiped more asses than I care to count. So, when it was my turn, I let the nurses earn their pay. Trust me, they've seen bigger asses than yours...don't be too proud to not hurt yourself.

I have to say....when I was in the hospital & was getting up to GO, the nurse asked was I going to have a BM. After I told her I was she said that I was not supposed to do a lot twisting & to let someone help me.....so I did. Bless my husband's heart....I guess that means he really loves me! I was fine after a week or so though and I definitely agree with the others b/c I have way less frequent POOPS now than I did before surgery.

I agree Mike, never in a million years would I have ever talked about this, but on here, it's okay, we're all one BIG (in the process of getting SMALLER) family!

I am sitting here laughing, and talking to my husband about this. He just looked at me and was like WHAT??? Told me he loved me, and we will find a way (he liked the wooden spoon idea) and then was like oh no...what will I do. I hope I have a good nurse. Just kidding, I hope that I don't have any problems with that!

My sweet hubby wiped by booty once... I was in labor and had the big "D"...it was early labor, so I made it to the bathroom...but I couldn't wipe (long story)...so he lovingly wiped for me and then proceeded to puke everywhere. Hubby had a BADDDDD gag reflex when it came to poop... fortunately baby poop did not have the same effect.

You guys crack me up! Jim and Mike especially, you two have made me spit all over my laptop screen more times than I can count. Between the 2 of you, I think you owe me a package of screen wipes, lol.

Just to be safe, I think I'm going to buy some baby wipes to have at home. Seems like that would be easier to use than t-paper. I wouldn't mind asking a nurse at the hospital for help, but asking my hubby is another story. I'd probably have to repay the favor someday by helping him insert hemmroid medicine. Ick!

Oh my this is a funny thread!

Well I had a poop day 2 and wiped my own ass, maybe not as well as I could have but I had a shower right after (assisted by the nurse) After day 4 I found putting one leg up on the side of the bath or loo and having a good handful of babywipes worked well.......I still like babywipes after a dump!
