Thank you all. It is so funny how sometimes when others think we are being brave we are really being weak?

Everyone says it was brave to demand attention, honestly I was just breaking down. I am sick of hearing that my insicision is a freckle, vomiting is normal, Blacking out is ok. These are not ok things and I just could not take anymore. I should be sleeping but I am not. I can not sleep my legs and hips are on fire and my mind will not turn off. So back to the only thing I know that keeps me sane. I am writing again. With two books down I figured it was time to change genre's so I am going to write a novel about one women's strugle with endometriosis and all the things that led up to this.

Heck it maybe my life but put some names in place and change things around a bit...I can even write my own happy ending.

I'm with Duckie- and there are lawyers who don't take money until they get you money. It sounds like someone owes you, too! Please keep us posted and good luck!

All I can say is wow and good luck. Hopes things are on the upshot for you. As for the doctor, I agree with whoever said get a good lawyer. Make sure this quack does not do this to anyone else. Thoughts are with you.

Lighting a candle for you RIGHT NOW! And you weren't being weak. Being weak would have been you going home and crying in a corner. You stood up and demanded to be heard! YAY!!!

Absolutely! I have to wonder if you were the FIRST person he's done this to.

I have indeed contacted an attorney. I am having my attorney send a letter demanding tha I be seen only by the head of the department and demanding his mp insurance number. To be honest I do not want to fight I just want to get better but since they would do nothing without the lawyer, I decided I better have him send the letter so that I am covered legally if it comes down to it. I am going to start asking around support groups to see who else had this guy.

I am just angree now. I did go do all the labs today. In all three different physicians drew 18 vials of blood. Someone should see something soon. I have an ultrasound tomorrow and an electroid test on my nerves. I will have to just wait and see what they find and do from here but I am not going to back down something is wrong.

Glad to hear things are moving along (tests, etc.). I do want to implore you NOT to stop this lawsuit action. You've been through hell and this guy deserves to pay you back for that hell he put you through!! Obviously his BOSS felt he was an idiot soooo, I'm sure a judge would as well.
Keep us posted, please!
HUGS!
