No problem. I just didn't want anyone confused as to what "dumping" actually is. If you overeat it is not dumping.. it is overeating and it does come up faster than it went down.. especially in the beginning. Usually when you are further out if you overeat then you just have to sleep it off.. it doesn't come up as easy after 6 months or so. It is all a learning process.. we live and we learn.
