Whitney, my nose used to run, too, when my pouch acted up. It doesn't happen very much anymore, thank goodness!

Toony, i'm so glad you asked this question, i'm having a really hard time knowing when i'm full. I don't get any signals. I do weigh my food, but compared to what I have read from some other posts I feel like a pig. I can eat about 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and 2 oz of beans with no problem. I usually do about 2.5 oz of meat or chicken plus an oz or two of a side and I don't feel bad to my stomach. The problems I have had are with food coming back up but that happens when something gets stuck. On Wednesday I think I did over eat but I didn't feel bad until about 30 mins later when I got extremely light headed, sure that was a signal but it was a little late.

I think I have the upgraded 2.0 model as Jeff has described. I haven't tried grapes yet, Jeff- do you eat the skin? oh.. and broccolli? I read that was a no-no somewhere on this forum a guy had to have surgery to have it removed. did you read about that? I won't even try it. Now, if Jeff has the same model as mine...hum... I just can't try it... I won't even go there!
When I am full I get this slightly tight feeling. I sometime spit out that last bite too. I don't have to be full to get sick though, One bite of pork or chicken or fish of any kind and I'm rapping my arms around the great white till it's out. So, I guess if it works well with the pouch I don't push it. It's weird though cause that first bite always hits my pouch with a feeling that says, " WHAT'S THAT!" I always have to waite a couple of min. to see if the food is welcomed or not.
Lately, all the food I eat tastes gross... probably the ketosis

Toony, I am so sorry you had experience that. We are still in recovery stage and you need your rest. I know you do too much but try to slow it down and take it easy during this time of recovery.
I am scared to eat. I eat very little ... 2-3 oz of soft foods (soups, cooked veggies, melon, watermelon, SF jello, frigo string cheese, peeled grapes & SF Fudge Popsicles). I have experienced the hiccups and a slight pressure so I stop eating at that point.
Sorry I have not been much on here. Was busy with the family and my dad's services. With all going on I am drained but now that I am back home (SD) I am getting my rest.
Take Care Toony.
