Hey Katie!

Way to go!

When I got to your stage, I remember eating some of those Soup at Hand soups by Campbells. I didn't like the Broccoli one, but the cream of chicken and cream of potato ones were good. I also LOVED refried beans with a little cheese and sour cream...it tasted incredible! (I could only eat about 4 oz over the course of 15-30 minutes...)

Keep up the good work--I'm SOOOOO proud of you!

-Mike

You're off to a great start Katie - well done.

I detest refried beans but loved spaghetti sauce with either ricotta cheese or some parmesan grated on top. That was total heaven to me.

Keep up the good work.

Hey Toony, I’m glad everything is going good for you. The soft stage hasn’t been that hard on me, I think I was born lucky, being from a traditional Mexican family we grew having beans with every meal, so I have beans almost 3 times a day lol. Hope you find something that you like and agrees with your tummy.

Default Who'da thought two weeks ago that...

you would be scolded for eating TWO SALTINES? Prior to two weeks ago you'd have probably eaten the whole sleeve of crackers. Next time just "lick off" the salt...NOT! Listen to your doctor...try and be a good girl. We know that being good comes easy for our Toony!!!!

Great weight loss! Isn't this weight loss journey exciting??!
