Default 10-Day post op Appt.

I am 10-Day Post Op today. I've lost 9lbs. I can move from clear liquids to protein and soft foods. Any good suggestions for soft food starters? I am a little scared to eat, I do not want to eat the wrong thing. I am craving cottage cheese with pineapple. Need some ideas.

Hi Rocky! Good to hear your report from Dr. C!

I'll be watching this thread for ideas too - as MY time will come on Tuesday... I know what you mean about being afraid to add new foods...

Cottage cheese sounds good. I still have a hard time with pineapple almost 4 months out. Some people do good with scrambled eggs, just make a whole lot less than you could ever imagine and eat a teeny tiny bit at a time. Some people are really creative with this stuff. I hope they will chime in soon. Just remember what ever you try make sure you chew chew chew and take teeny weeny bites and wait between bites. Good luck!
