hi! everyone.
last week was my 2 year annivesary...i am 153 pounds the lowest i have ever been....at 12 months i was 157, at 18 months i was 167( all my fault, not doing right,10 pounds found a way back) but am in controll now and i feel wonderful.

Good job with trying to watch and stay on track. I al nearing my two years and it is a LOT harder to keep the weight off now. I have to really watch the scale and my intake... but grats on all you have lost. Amazing isnt it
