honestly, i have a hard time looking at myself and figuring out if i have a large frame. so i put in medium and it gave me 138. i'd be happy with that.

You must be a lot taller than me ---- or something. My "happy weight" came out to be 141.0 pounds! I am two pounds away from that, so I'm happy! Yeh! It's my happy weight.

"Happy weight" is such a good expression. All of us would be very happy to reach the bottom numbers for sure. I am not so sure this "test" varies much from the National BMI health charts. My doctor looked at my height and age and told me 137 pounds is what I should be.
My happy weight says 134.5 pounds.
I was 145 once at age 19 for about five minutes and my waist was 26 inches and my ribs were sticking out in the back. I have an extremely large frame and am as strong as many men, as I live on a farm and do hard physical labor daily. I also play lots of tennis. The frame test states that a person of my height is large framed with a wrist sized 6.25-6.50 inches and over 5'5" a large frame is above 6.5 inches. I am 5'3.5" tall and my wrist is a whopping 7 inches, so I think I will be skin and bones at my happy weight.
I would be ecstatic to be 134 pounds but 145 pounds or anything close would have me jumping for joy!

I did this for myself and got 140.0. I then did it for my friend and got 139.0. The only difference between the two of us is that I have multiple people in my family who are obese, and she has none. Our height, build and remainder of the profile is identical. ONE measly pound for battling our genetics?? I'm outraged. Tho I do agree that 140 would be a perfect weight for me, and for my friend.

Thanks for posting! I love this kind of thing.
