You measure your wrists. I think there is a link on that page telling you what size frame you are depending on your wrist size.

Here is the chart:

Wrap a tape measure around your wrist and use this chart to determine your frame size.

If you're under 5'2"
Small frame: Less than 5.5"
Medium frame: 5.5" to 5.75"
Large frame: More than 5.75"

If you're 5'2" to 5'5"
Small frame: Less than 6"
Medium frame: 6" to 6.25"
Large frame: 6.25" to 6.5"

If you're over 5'5"
Small frame: Less than 6.25"
Medium frame: More than 6.25"
Large frame: More than 6.5"

Im 5'11", I used to be 6 feet, and I weight 155-160 and wear a size 6/8. I dont look like a stick at all. I thought I would but it really isnt too bad. Trust me, you will be smaller that a 12 in the end of it all, unless you stop it on purpose. Its good news adn your gonna look great!

Thanks Beth for posting this! It says my happy weight at 5'11" with a large bone frame is 173. I am comfortable with that. (I know I have a large frame, you cant even take a regular xray of my chest, you have to turn the film laterally.)

I like the website, lots of great resources! Thanks again! I recently purchased a book about maintaing weight. It talks about how losing it is half the battle but keeping it off and maitenance its HARD! I will let y'all know if I become enlightened at all. Or let me know if you have any maintenace questions that I can relate text book answers too! (( HUGS ))

I came up with a happy weight of 150.6. Nice to know I'm striving for a realistic goal.

So people, what is your happy weight? Care to find out?

Mine's realistic. It says 143.2 cand I want to be 145.

*hugs*
