I think it is pretty accurate. for me it calculated 159.5 and I got down to 164 right after hernia repair/ tt surgery...for about 2 minutes, then I have stayed around 168-175 for the last 2 years, but I keep saying I wnat to get to 155. So maybe I will be satisfied at 159.5.....I am setting a summer goal for myself....anyone want to join me???
I will make this goal........goodbye startchy carbs!!!

I know it said not for use by pregnant women, but there was no reason I couldn't "pretend" I wasn't pregnant while answering the questions. It put my happy weight at 155...which is what I was when I got pregnant I think. Well, 155.6. I normally fluctuated between 150 and 155 depending on the time of month, so this is a decent happy weight and one I'll be striving for once the baby is born.

125.4 for me I'm pre-op so have no idea what's realistic but I was sort of aiming for 140.. guess we'll see what happens when I get there
I wish I was tall!!!!!

142.5 for me....er...no thanks. Too skinny for me I would think, I have a very large frame. But time will tell really.

Mine was 147.2. My goal is actually 145 so I think it is right on.

I'm not sure what my frame size is so I did it two different ways. If I put medium, my happy weight is 151.6. If I put large, my happy weight is 159. My goal is 160. I actually think my frame is probably more medium to small, but I've never really been sure. Anyway, it's pretty accurate! I don't know if I'll ever see 160, but that is my ultimate goal.
