It sounds like your pouch just isn't ready for solids just yet. I always went back to basics for a day or two if I reacted with any foods. May I suggest you stick to liquids/pureed for another few days and try something solid again.
Also look at the type of solid food you are trying to eat as some are too difficult to handle in the early stages. I might get hollared at here but I found carbs were the easiest thing for me to manage - I had lots of baked potatoes with cheese and beans which kept me going.
It's gonna be trial and error for a while but you will get there in the end.
