Hmm, I thought I had stopped when I hit a 6 week plateau, but then I lost 3 lbs last week. We'll see this week if it's just water weight fluctuation. I'm close enough to goal to where it really doesn't matter if I lose any more weight.

Smile For me

Im not by any means considered long term post op... I am 14 months out, but I got to goal after 7 months... I lost 125 pounds and I have maitained at 161-164 for 7 months now..... Its weird because even though the weight has been the same, I have lost a size. I usually wear an 8, but I can wear 6 too as of recently.

Bing a man... you will lose the wieght very fast! Sometimes I wonder if my wires arent crossed somewhere, cuz I lost at the same rate as the guy's do... talk to you later gator!
