Unhappy Ouch... Need help and suggestions

Hey Everyone... Quick question???

I just had my surgery Monday and I have had extreme discomfort from the gas-- I have walked and walked and can not get the discomfort level to a point that does not put pressure on my chest.

Is this normal? It feels like my pouch is being sqeezed to death... is this normal or should I call my surgeon's office?

This is somewhat normal right after surgery. You should get yourself some of the Gas-X strips and see if that helps. It did for me.

They are strips that you lay on your tongue, so you can use them now. I use the chewables now, but the strips will be fine.

Mint tea was a blessing for me - I drank it non-stop for days.

Gas X strips are great! I always have them on hand. I usually use two. Are you finding relief?
