Exclamation Not for $1,000,000

Yesterday, I was talking with my mom and she mentioned the show "The Biggest Loser" and the season finale. She talked about how she thought every person should have been rewarded, paid, or compensated somehow.

I told her that their success should be enough. Then, I said something that was a shock to my own ears. I couldn't believe I was saying it, but I knew I meant it.

You could not give me enough money to put back the 200lbs. I've lost. I wouldn't go back and NOT do this for any amount of money -- whether it was $100,000 or $1,000,000 for that matter.

No amount of money could ever come close to taking the place of this new life I have and I don't think I realized that until yesterday.

That is so true! Well, I don't know....for $1,000,000 I might consider going back to 260! Mama has a house and a ring and Christmas to pay for!!!!

hmmm intresting question.

I had surgery a week ago so I am still heavy. At this point I would take the cash because I've never known what it was like to be slim.

What has changed for you? (if you don't mind me asking)

I know that money does not make the world go round, nor neccessarily make one happy, but it sure could grease the wheels

I wouldn't go back to 310 for anything. I'm reversed and I watch my weight daily. Any up fluctuation I watch it and lose. I'm determined to stay thin this time around. Suzy

Wink I'm just a week out and no way would i take the money!!

I'm not gonna lie, money is nice and its true that i'm still very big and don't really know what it is like not to be, but i know that this time i will lose the weight and keep it off mostly so keep your money and i'll go merrily on my journey, maybe ask me again after i've lost my weight but i have a feeling my answer wont have changed!

I wouldn't take the money.

At my age and the weight I was, I wouldn't live long enough to enjoy it.

Na - they can keep the money.
