How far out from surgery are you? It's possible that you over-filled your pouch, which would cause really uncomfortable sesations down in Pouchie-Town.
Typically, "dumping" is the sensation you get from eating something that's too high in sugar... you feel light-headed, nauseous, cold-sweaty and clammy, your heart races, and you have an overwhelming need to lie down and take a nap-- or have any combination of said symptoms. Dumping sometimes involves throwing up, but not always (not ever, in my case). So what you described doesn't really sound like "dumping" to me, but it does sound similar to an over-full pouch description.
