Thanks for the great info on vitamins and supplements. I always wondered about the idea that we can't ingest more than 30g of protein at once.

You can always injest protein, question being is your body setup to use it. If it isint all that protein is just wasted calories.

my musclemilk/protein shake is around 120grams alone.

Unless you are carrying a large amount of muscle or trying to you don't need to take in 300-400+grams of protein a day but, whoever said you never should did not know what they are talking about.

Everyone's body and goals are different and therefore we all need different amounts of certain vitmains and supplements.
