Default Scale Finally Moved!!!

I've been on a plateau for just a little over a week. I waas hoping that with my slow rate of loss it wouldn't happen so soon, but it did. Man it was frustrating...I tried the tips I've learned here. Upped my protein, tried to increase my water, etc... and it didn't work. The scale wasn't going to move until it wanted to. BUT YAY!!!! It finally did. I'm doing a happy dance.

Feels good, doesn't it?

I gotta tell you, every single time I eat chicken noodle soup now, I think about you! I hope you're doing well, but from the looks of things--you are!

Take care!

That great.

I know how you feel. but my plateau was 5 weeks long!!! So frustrating. Now I am down 14lbs since the plateau ended...what a relief! I was begining to think at 3 months I was done losing!

Keep up the good work!

That's great, Jeri. It's very frustrating to not see the scale move.

What's this about "chicken noodle soup"?? Something tells me there is a good story behind those words!

Congrats on the weight loss...and keep up the great work!
