Talking Back from the hospital

So, I go into ex ray the doctor is a half late. They put on this table that tips so that they can spin around to see if there are any leaks. It was awesome they showed me everything. The only problem they can see is that my pouch is to small much smaller then the usual pouch but there is a good side to this. I eat less and loose more. The bad side in order for me to get my nutrients I eat more often. No stricture either. The cause of pain and vomiting. I ate something I shouldn't have and therefore it caused discomfort mix that with the constipation and there you have it folks. Have a good Thanksgiving all.

Good news on no stricture this time Des.

My heart goes out to you on the constipation thing. Until WLS I had never suffered from that. Things are different now - the pain is excruciating and unless you know that you're constipated, it's a frightening experience.

Hang in there sweetheart. Things will change for you...hugs.

Not sure but he is hoping that with time it will stretch a little. No big deal here. Instead of cup I can do 1/2 cup or less instead of three meals 5-6 so I should always have something going in. Rather it be food or liquid. I still say this minor compared to some.

You are early out from surgery, so maybe its just small now. I would swear mine grew over time, but who really knows. Key thing is everything is intact, a peace of mind. Now just listen to your body and sit back and enjoy the ride!
