Default Sipping Fool

I'm a sipping fool so far today. It's almost like I turned the corner on this thing and I'm feeling much better. I've already got in half my protein for the day (go me !) and it's only 10:20 am.

Still not really hungry. It's pretty amazing the no hunger thing. I would have never thought I could feel this way. Is it the same for RNY peeps? Just curious...

Yes, I've been exactly like that. I think I felt a little hunger pang for the first time today...but I can't swear by that. I drank a little sip of decaf tea & it was gone. I know it won't last but that has been the best thing that has happened due to surgery for me. I cannot think of a time when I have had zero hunger & I haven't had solid food for almost 2 weeks now. So bizarre.

I've been the same way and it's a little freaky. I haven't had solid food in 3 weeks and to never feel hungry is weird. I know eventually that will change so I'll take advantage of it for now.
Keep up the sipping!

I am 9 weeks out and have to force myself to eat. Of course alot of that goers with the complications and fear of solids. But I'm not very hungry either.
