Default Not feeling up to par.....

The past month or two, as I've near goal, I'm having more physical problems. I've gotten a cold every 2-3 weeks, energy output is lagging, just not feeling in top form. My theory is that I have no fat (stored energy) left to burn and now my body is readjusting to a different metabolism. I'm eating more volume and increasing the protein intake. I at least have good muscle strength as I'm able to lift heavier weights and do the bigger chores around the house. I did stop taking my BCP as the emotional stuff is just driving me nuts. I'm hoping everything will even out naturally in the next few months

What Sawyer would call me on LOST: ladybug

"People will argue with you that getting what you want in life isn’t something you can learn, if you’re destined to be one of the worlds winners as opposed to one of its perpetual whiners, its because you have been born with the right talents and temperament and have a big dose of self-esteem, ambition, and good judgment." Sorry to hear your feeling down. Make sure you take your vitamins. I go to a massage therapist about every other week and get a 30 minute massage. It really does help you physically and emotionally. Give it a try!
