Default 5 years+ and still cold...

But here are a few suggestions:

Pour a cup of hot coffee, tea or even water, then nuke it for 30 to 45 sec and just hold it. Also, if you've got the shakes because you're really cold, drink some warm fluids to bring your internal temp up. I drink coffee and I also like sugar free hot spiced cider packets (quick and easy), I know they make a sugar free coco and I'm sure there are a few other things out there too. Also, get some fuzzy slipper socks for your feet and a nice fuzzy long robe. It's give and take - I'll take battle being cold over battling the weight!

Default freezing in philly

I thought something was wrong with me. I thought i had some kind of vitamin diffecency. I am freezing all the time. Nothing seems to warm me up. I sleep at night with 4 comforters and wake up freezing. Our heating bill is outragous every winter and I am really thinking it might be time to heat this place up. I just am not looking forward to the $400.00-$500.00 a month heating bills yet. Thank God i am not alone.
