Default Loss of energy after working out

Hi everyone. I've been working out at home ever since WLS and have been doing fine (threadmill and some weights). I started going to the gym last week and increasing my work out but...I come out feeling a total lack of energy. So increadible lethargic that I can't do anything else the rest of the day. Sometimes going to bed at 7pm. I don't want to dring Red Bull or take any pills.

I have been eating well, doing my vitamins and taking my protein (maybe one day I'll forget but not so much).

Any advice? Will this go away after a while?

Default UM no

It won't just go away. You aren't eating enough apparently to warrant your workout you are doing. Have no idea your protein or carbs ... but get with Gina or John in the exercise section and ask them. Janie
