Default Went out to lunch today and

I totally enjoyed it. We went to a chinese place and i found the greatest beef it was tender and my pouch loved it. My hubby and i sat for an hour just talking and eating the first part. I do love sushi but didnt get the nerve up to try it yet. I also had a shrimp but the beef is what my pouch liked best. I hated beef before surgery and never ate it. Usually the sweets would pull me in but even watching my hubby have his honey desserts didnt appeal to me. The waiter asked why i only ate so little because it is buffet style and i told him. HE DIDNT CHARGE FOR MY MEAL AT ALL. I felt great and afterward we went shopping and i bumped into a coworker that called off last night and landed me with a 13 hour shift. I am so glad that my emotions are more stable now because any other time i would have hissed at her when she said she went out to party last night. She had no idea i was he one that had to stay and pull her shift. Any way what a nice day i really felt like given enough time this too will feel normal.
hugs to all

Mandy,

Sounds like things went wonderfully with your chinese meal. That's one of the first places I ate out too and I found it very easy to eat because of all of the selections.

Glad you had a good time (despite the long shift)!

Best, Kimberly
