Default I hate my scale

I'm just having a crappy day all around. Ever have one of those days? Work sucks (see my post in the socialize section), my scale stopped moving when my period started over a week ago and it's been stuck ever since. I hate the panick feeling that my weightloss has stopped and just ain't going to move again, even though I know I'm doing everything I should.

I want to throw the damned thing away like everyone says I should but I just can't. I would like to throw that scale through the window right now out of frustration but... that (I'm sure) would not make the little needle go downward. Ugh!

On the good side I am able to tolerate the new-whey protein vial in Fruit Punch, and am going to buy tons of it tomorrow so I can get my protein levels up to where they should be. I try to do this through food only but I think either my pouch is extremely small or something (I'm not complaining about this...), so have to get in that protein somehow.

Well, I hope that YOUR day was better than mine!

Default I am always glad when the

day like that ends. I like the fruit punch vials and i water them down to get more water. I tried the isopure apple one and it tasted ok after i added water but i have a belly ache that i am sure is just like yours MOTHER NATURE on her way. At least we will both enjoy tomarrow more.

Thumbs up Arr .....

I am sorry you have had a bad day bless you.

I do not have scales as I think I would be on them all the time and find when I go to have my pre op checks all the time I just get told when I am on their scales what I have lost.

Maybe throw them out and get weighed once a week or every 2 weeks somewhere else ?

Would that help LOL

I've had that SAME thing happen. I'm 22 weeks out and my weight loss goes in spurts and fits. I'll be stuck for a while and then suddenly drop 10lbs and then stall for another 2 or 3 weeks. It is VERY frustrating. I will say that when I bumped up my protein I did lose better and then stalled again until I bumped up my fluids as well. I'm back to another stall and just trying to do everything that I'm supposed to to get myself moving again.

I bet once your protein and calorie counts are up a little you'll feel better and the scale will start moving again.

The other thing that the dietitian who leads my support group said was to take your measurements because while the scale might not be moving the fat may be and that you're losing inches but not lbs for no real reason. It might be worth doing to see if you can see the difference.
