Waterbottle but you gotta remember alot of it came off while I had my ten day stay in the hospital due to my complications. I wasn't able to get anything in so what I got for Calories is what they put through my Ivs. Even those were monitored pretty closely.
Hey 42 pounds in 8 weeks is excellent as well. Were are going to lose at different rates and at different times.
I still have moments were I can't believe I have lost this much weight. My friend says I glow since I lost weight.
