I had my gbs on 10/01/07 and whenever I eat I feel like a tick about to pop. What am I doing wrong? I know someone, somewhere had to have had a similar experience...Also, how long should I be concerned with the possibility of a blood clot if I am active. I had a wierd twinge in my leg, but ever since my doctor mentioned them, I've become somewhat of a hypochondriac. I would appreciate any info on either of these topics. Thanks so much!

Hi,
I am one week post op as well and found that my dr had prescribed pepcid which helped with the bloating. I am also walking a mile in the morning and a mile a night...and the water weight is coming right off. Have you tried either of these solutions before? ItsMePMK ![]() |

Hi there, thanks for the advice. I am not able to walk that much since I had a bleed in the hospital, and still am relatively light headed. I'm doing as much as I can though. I will check into the antacids though. Thanks again. Katie ![]()
