Default Forty pounds gone!!!!

All,
I went for my 1st month checkup by my surgeon and my total loss to date is 40 pounds!!! I'm thrilled. I no longer take 7 diffent types of medication, I am down to 2 medications, one for my blood pressure (which they switched the pill because my blood pressure went down quite a bit), and a potassium pill. My GERD has disappeared along with edema in my feet and ankles. I wake up everyday and look at my feet and ankles and can't believe that I can actually see the veins and and tendons in my feet...amazing I can actually walk around in the grocery store without having to resort to the motorized chair you use for shopping because my knees was hurting me so bad. I'm thrilled and look forward to continuous better health that comes with my weight loss. I actually feel like I have been given a second chance in life by getting my health back bit by bit.

Isn't it wonderful!!! I'm so happy for you! I was only on one medication and thrilled to get off that... so I know you are on cloud nine!
