GNC makes a liquid protien, it is their own brand and comes in a black bottle w/ a red label called" liquid protien". I take 3 teaspoons a day, once a day sometimes twice. Look it up and check it out not sure if it has milk in it or not. Its is no tthat good tasting but I drink it fast and just follow with something to drink afterwards.

I'd recommend trying the protein vials Andet mentioned. Yes, they're whey, but my husband is actose intolerant too and he seems to get away with those. He can't even do carnation instant like some folks can - cheeses bother him - but he's not a cheese fan to begin with. But - he's had good luck with the vials. Maybe just a small enough amount that he can get away with it. They make a 25gram vial too - even better if he's having a PPD. (pissy pouch day).
