Smile Only a month?!

this is for all the newbees....that includes me. I am a month out tomorrow, I almost lost 30lbs. I went to buy only a few things to start off my new school year as a teacher. I went from a size 22/24 shirt...pants 24 (almost 26) down to a shirt 18/20 and pants 22 with a little wiggle room for jello ....hehe. Oh and old navy runs big, so I bought my first pair of "normal jeans" today size 20. It's an amazing feeling. I also take monthly pictures so I can see the difference, and OMG! I don't mean to brag, but I am so proud of myself. All I an say is that it gets better... you have to sink to learn how to swim.

Hahahaaa! I love it! Teacher's grab at everything and anything to get to the kids... offering up your weight loss as a math lesson is a PRIME example! LOL!

Have a great 1st day w/kids... another new beginning...
