I teach special ed (MS kids) in a high school with the same age groups. When I return Wednesday, I will be beginning my 22nd year with the school district and also the same high school. Like you, I love my job and wouldn't trade it for anything.

Most of my kids are in wheelchairs and can't speak. They require total assistance with their daily needs...feeding, diapering, transferring. It's hard work, but it makes me feel good at the end of the day.
