Default Update - bump in the road

I want to thank so many of you who have offered so much support to me, not only with this thread, but also from the numerous PMs, and in many other threads. It means the world to me. You make me think, reflect, review, research, understand, embrace (or not!). What else could I ask of such a fabulous group, my ultimate support group.

A little update on my bump --

It took about 24 to 48 hours after my endoscopy last Wednesday, and I was feeling absolutely great. Energy was back, pouch was happy.

My eating over the last week has increased substantially, compared to what I could get down previous to the endoscopy, and I actually am hungry for each meal. Right now I am eating two really good health meals of appropriate proportions, and two snacks. I will increase that to three meals and one snack (if I feel like having one).

As I write this, I am truly thrilled with my progress, my hair has stopped falling out, my body is obviously getting the nutrients it needs, and all is right with my world.

For me it is never the destination - it will always be the journey.
