Talking Yup! I'm here too!

I want to THANK EVERONE for there warm wishes! I can't believe how I feel! I thought this was going to be worse! Don't get me wrong I do feel some pain, but not nearly as bad as I thought! I really did not care for the Morphine, I was off it pretty much after day 1.

So far I sipped down some chicken broth mixed with protien powder, I made a 6oz glass, but barely sipped down half of that but that also lasted a while! Then later I tried a s/f popsicle, Yummy! but I didn't finish it! Than around dinner tried to eat some s/f jello, took a few bits and was done! I will get some more broth down before I hit the sack! Oh, and in between I'm sipping on my water! I hope I'm getting enough fluids in!

Dawn it was great to see you and catch up on old times! To the rest of you that wanted to try to make it! Thank you it was the thought that counts! I love this site and you all have been very helpful!

Robin it was a great pleasure to share this experience with you! Had I done it alone, would have been a little harder! I kept asking the nurses how you were! Alex was great!!! Well............................

Again thank you!

Welcome to the losers bench...I know that on-Q pump is a pain, but i recommend keeping it in as long as possible. I think I took mine out too soon.

Tawna,
Did Kellie ever make it to see you? I was wondering that all night. Yes I had a good time talking about the "old days" ...hehe (man were old), It was a real pleasure meeting up with you after all these years.

Robin,
your very welcome. Its my pleasure, If I have time in between my kids, work, dance, and gym I try to go and see people that are with in driving distance from me. I love meeting new people, and love to talk(im long winded).

And welcome to the flip side of life, this is were your ride begins and who knows where it will end.
