Smile i just got home from the hospital

hello everyone!!! just wanted to say a quick hello. the surgery went well on mon.could not get any type of relief from the pain after surgery. tues i had a panic attack ( i think) in the hospital, scared my nurse. i hope it was coming off of anesthesia, pca morphine which again didnt work for me.they then gave me toradol which was wonderful( finally some relief) then a liquid pain med then i was shaking like i was going thru some kind of withdrawal, or i was just scared silly about what i had just done.all well today thank god!!! i was really worried. little sore today, but i'll take it. please keep the prayers going. mike i know you had your surgery schedule the same day. please let us know how you are???? regi

Flip... so how are you doing with the pain now!!! Sounds like you gave them a run for their money in the hospital!!!

Hope you're doing well... thinking of you and sending healing thoughts your way!

Welcome home. Drugs can do different things to each of us and the first few days out of surgery can be very rough. Hope you are on the mend and it really does get much better the farther you get out.
