RobinW is out of surgery and doing fine!!
I just got a call from Robin's daughter who said she is out of surgery and everything went fine. We'll be celebrating her crossing over to loserland tonight at Central SD Support as well as Michelle's return from the vast Bering Sea!
Congrats Robin!!

I can't believe I just found this post. Thank you all, so very much. Congrats to you too, Tracie. I hope you're feeling well. The days keep getting better and better.....until today. Today was day #1 of creamed products and let's get it out of the bag by saying I DUMPED  on my first creamed item. Lots of peeps on here highly recommended the ice cold low carb slim fast products. Well, I'm here to say "don't do it". OMG...it was a total loss of control over your body. With only 1g of sugar, I really thought I was safe. I am sticking to the rules now, letter by glorious letter.
Thanks again for all your well wishes and support. I still need the support, obviously, I'm walking blind here.
