Default Vitamin Regimine

Every Morning I take:

1 Multi-Vitamin w/iron
2 Iron tabs (ferrous sulfate)
1 Vitamin C tab
1 Vitamin A tab
2 Calcium tabs

3 days a week
I add 1 vitamin B-1 tab and B-12 sublingual

I also take 2 prescriptions every morning for reflux and stuff.

This has been my regimine since surgery, and tailored a bit according to my labs and Dr.'s input. So far everything in my lab workups is perfect.

I take:

1 prescription prenatal vitamin
2 calcium citrate w/ vitamin D in the am and 2 in the pm (1200 mg total/24 hours)
Just added in 1000mcg B-12 Sub lingual twice a week. (after strong encouragement from this forum)
10meq potassium (because I take a diuretic)

Other than that I just take a blood pressure med and a diuretic.

As you can see, docs recommendations seem to vary.

My instructions are:

2 x Centrum (with iron) chewables
1500mg calcium citrate
1000mcg Vitamin B-12 daily

One Centrum adult chewale
2 Citrical chewables one morning one night
1 biotin- not my docs requirement but, I've read that it can save my hair
1 sublingual B-12
1 easy on the stomach iron

Just a note...the more I read about Calcium, the more I realize that it's important to take the citrate form, rather than the carbonate form because it's more absorptive. The only chewable I've found with citrate is the citrical.

Goal! I did it!
104 pounds gone since my RNY
118 total pounds gone forever!
I finally have a "normal" BMI
Reached my first goal of 145...and setting a new one of 135.
Reached 135 and have decided to lose another five if I can.

I'm in the 130's for the first time since puberty!

I bought some chewable citrate but they are HUGE and you had to have like 4-6 a day!

UpCal-D was recommended so I bought some from Vitalady cause I was ordering other stuff: http://www.vitalady.com/cgi-bin/comm...ction&key=1641

Okay, I am seeing Flintstone vitamins on many people's lists, this is being serious right? I have not taken those since I was 7 years old, just shocks me to see it, but I guess it must work.
